Hi! I\u2019m Lana, the co-owner\/co-founder of Steel Society and a women\u2019s health and fitness coach. Upon obtaining my Bachelor\u2019s degree in Biology, I fell in love with health and fitness through my own wellness journey. I started as a martial arts instructor, and have since gained expertise in several fitness practices, including strength training, functional fitness, and even powerlifting. My combined interests and experiences have developed into a passion for helping women transform their own bodies and lifestyles towards optimal health and wellness. I truly love what I do and find it so rewarding to help empower other women to become the best version of themselves.<\/p>

I offer one-to-one personal training opportunities for women of all experiences and in all stages in their fitness journeys. With over 7 years of experience, I have empowered more than 200 women towards becoming their healthiest and most confident selves, both inside and outside of the gym.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I\u2019m a lifter, lifting coach, teacher, and a student.\u00a0I\u2019ve been training body building and lifting for 17 years and over that time I fell in love with the process of learning and failing and gradually I learned how to help lead others in the same direction of personal health and fitness. And like so many people that really love their time training, I always wanted my own place to train. My own place where my best friends could come together to get stronger, smarter, and better themselves and everyone else around them. And that\u2019s what Steel Society is to me, it\u2019s a place to develop friendships, to push each other physically and mentally, to teach one another something about lifting and NOT about lifting.<\/span><\/p>

I believe that Steel has a feel about it that not many places have. It\u2019s a place where everybody knows your name, nobody has an attitude or ego, and you want to spend more time here than just your time training.It\u2019s my favorite place to be, if there were an 8th day of the week I would be ok being there on that day too.
